Getting started
- How do I download the EreDeals app?
- EreDeals is available for iOS and Android. Search for 'EreDeals' in the App Store or Google Play.
- How do I create an account?
- Open the app and follow the on-screen prompts. You can register using your email or phone number.
- Is the app free to use?
- Yes — EreDeals is completely free to download and use. You only pay for the discounted items you buy.
Finding & reserving deals
- How do I find deals near me?
- Enable location services and the app will surface live deals near you. You can also search or filter by store and item.
- How do I reserve an item?
- Tap any item, then tap 'Reserve'. Items are held for a limited window so you can complete pickup.
- Can I cancel a reservation?
- Yes, you can cancel from the app before the pickup window closes.
Pickup & payment
- How do I pick up my order?
- After reserving and paying, visit the partner store during your pickup window and show your QR confirmation.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Credit/debit cards and mobile money are supported securely inside the app.
- What if I miss my pickup window?
- Your reservation is released back to the store. Refund policy varies by store — see the deal terms.
Account management
- How do I update my profile?
- Open Profile → Settings to update your name, email and payment methods.
- How do I reset my password?
- Tap 'Forgot password' on the login screen and follow the reset link sent to your email or phone.
