The App and Site are intended for users 18+. Minors must use under parent/guardian supervision. Use only for lawful purposes.
2. User Accounts
Provide accurate, current information at registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
3. Purchases and Payments
Provide accurate purchase info. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors. We do not store full card details.
4. Intellectual Property
All Content and Marks on the App and Site are owned or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
No automated data scraping, no unauthorized commercial use, no interference with the platform.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms; material changes get at least 30 days' notice.
